We are back at it again with another Monthly Challenge, and this one is a FUN one… help Codédex design our 404 page!! 😱

A lot of people come across our 404 page. We were going to create it, but we thought, how fun would it be if we opened it to the community!

📜 Challenge Rules

HTTP 404 occurs when a “Page is not found.” Visitors land on it when:

• A typo in a URL or that it’s broken
• Server is down
• When you are offline

From now till February 28th, create a web page (HTML/CSS/JavaScript and maybe even React) or a Figma design for the Codédex 404 page. It could be simple and sleek, or fun and interactive (Google’s Dinosaur Game, for example).

You can work solo or in a team! If you want to find a teammate, there's a #group-projects Discord channel.

🗳️ Submission

• Post a link to your code/design + a screenshot of your website here in this channel by midnight ET on Wednesday, February 28th. Only one submission per person/team.
• The winner will be determined by the number of likes (from the community) as well as votes from the team (weighted more)! So there’s a time advantage if you submit early.

Note: By submitting, you allow Codédex to use your work on our site!

🏆 Challenge Prize

The winner, either an individual or a team, will receive one (1) Apple iPad Mini. Additionally, your page will be featured on Codédex, which is great for your personal portfolio, too. :)
